Meet The Team
Jayshree Oza – Operations Manager
Jayshree Oza’s main area of focus at Avax Consulting is overall management of the operations, coordination of all internal and off-shore project teams, streamlining all process flows and updating policy. Working closely with the CEO – Jayshree is a key player in terms of driving and implementing new marketing and operational strategies. Prior to joining Avax she was based at the WSI Corporate Head Office in Toronto and brings with her a wealth of previous experience in relation to working with Internet Consultants and Online Marketing.
She has 10 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. Her key skills are superior conflict resolution management and project management – having successfully guided multiple large scale projects from initiation to completion. She completed her Master’s in Computer Science and Information Technology from Azusa Pacific University from California, US in 2002.
Mithilesh Gupta – IT Manager
Mithilesh comes to Avax with a strong background in redesigning technical services delivery to increase output and streamline workflow. He has quickly made a positive impact with his proficiency in managing teams and implementing procedures and service standards to provide successful and efficient service delivery.

Shilpa Singh – HR Manager
Shilpa joined Avax in June 2009 as the head of international recruiting, operations, and administration. She is involved in the domestic market business development of major retail industry clients. Prior to working for Avax, Shilpa spent 4 years as a recruiter for various industries including IT, insurance, BFSI, retail, FMCG, and media.

Susannah Neighbors – Project Coordinator
Susannah began at Avax in March 2011, soon after graduating from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Anthroplogy. Prior to working for Avax, she spent 5 years in fitness industry management and as a personal trainer, coached middle and high school volleyball teams, and held several positions with non-profits. As Avax’s Project Coordinator & Manager, she enjoys being involved with a variety of levels and aspects of the business, and the opportunity she has to speak with so many of our clients and partners.
Shashidhar Kumar – Team Lead Development
Shashidhar Kumar started with Avax in May 2011 as the Team Leader of Development. He is involved in every aspect of project development, from analysis to coordination to completion. Shashidhar comes to Avax with more than 4 years of experience in the IT industry. He is proficient in PHP, MySQL, XML, JavaScript, Ajax, payment gateways, and CMS. He is also very skilled in Putty, FTP, Remote Connection, XML parsing, Mod-Rewriting, and Manual Testing.

Nishant Saxena – Team Manager SEO
NIshant Saxena, A commerce graduate, joined the Avax consulting family in November 2011 and is now the SEO Manager. He has been working in search engine optimization, social media optimization, and digital marketing for the past 4 years. His experience in a variety of industries, exposure to the latest IT technologies and practices, and go-getter attitude enable his to manage your SEO project with excellence and added value at every step.
Patricia Byers – Billing and Accounting Specialist
Patricia heads Avax’s accounting and billing department. She comes to the team with experience in service, distribution, multi-national, and manufacturing firms in a variety of industries. Patricia brings an understanding of GAAP & GAAS, and has quickly made improvements to the accounting department with her initiative, research and problem resolution skills, and leadership. She is currently a full-time graduate student at Georgia State University.
