Jayshree Oza – Operations Manager

Jayshree Oza’s main area of focus at Avax Consulting is overall management of the operations, coordination of all internal and off-shore project teams, streamlining all process flows and updating policy. Working closely with the CEO – Jayshree is a key player in terms of driving and implementing new marketing and operational strategies. Prior to joining Avax she was based at the WSI Corporate Head Office in Toronto and brings with her a wealth of previous experience in relation to working with Internet Consultants and Online Marketing.
She has 10 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. Her key skills are superior conflict resolution management and project management – having successfully guided multiple large scale projects from initiation to completion. She completed her Master’s in Computer Science and Information Technology from Azusa Pacific University from California, US in 2002.
