The discussion board is a step into web 3.0.... so we still don't know what 2.0 means?

The point is that social media is in fact this board ? agree or not you welcome to make comments?

The point of face book ... maybe no point at all but the fact is that your data with facebook is not yours anymore there is no guarantee ? If you create you own social network on your own site like we have then you are creating a social network that you have for life and you own it ? Sort of a member only social network or like a private club call iyt what you want the point is you own it and you are in control of it!!

Now i got you thinking .... ! Have you watched the movie Avatar ... here @ avax you can create your own Avatar and best of all we see the future in the internet that one day all of our avatar's will be driving online avoiding online traffic in the virtual world ; avoiding any speeding fines by going down the auto barn when we late for the meeting and attending a meeting with your yes your ; i mate ; i phone ; i mac and e -intelligence whilst you in the real world are still in your jammies with a p&j sandwich(yack!) and coffee listening in and your avatar whilst your avatar reads your brain and senses what you want to say then goes ahead and delivers that message to the rest of the people attending that meeting ..........and so it goes .... it going to happen just like augmented reality or sixth sense
